The food pyramid


There is a thing called a food pyramid.In the food pyramid there are 7 bits of the pyramid. They are water, carbohydrates, fruit, vegetable, dairy, proteins and some fats.You must have a balanced diet to keep healthy otherwise you can be too skinny or to fat.The carbohydrates have two sorts. One is starch the others are sugars. You should eat carbohydrates sugar is better than fat.

To have healthy lungs you must not smoke, you must fight for clean air, you must exercise more, you must beware of outside air pollution, you must improve indoor air, you must eat right,you must protect yourself on the
job, don't skimp on shots, stick to safe products, cheek for radon, you must know the warning signs and control your condition,and you must not sniff solvents and don't drink alcohol. If you do all these your lungs will be really healthy.

You need to exercise regularly because you will become weak and have a very weak heart,you will become fat so exercise. If you exercise you will burn calories and it helps you to relive stress.Exercise can also be simple like walking a dog, going up and down stairs.
